• Work on older homes as well as newer ones
• Communicate clearly with first-time customers

Experience with local conditions helps. Cold winters, freeze-thaw cycles and coastal storms affect how windows and siding are chosen and installed.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us feeling unsure. We ask providers in our network to meet that with patience and plain talk. In practice, that means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance your work requires in Pennsylvania
• Giving written quotes before work begins
• Returning homeowner calls in a timely way
• Being honest about scope, timing and cost
• Focusing on replacement and installation, not repairs
• Respecting the homeowner's home and their decisions

Providers are responsible for their own work, pricing and contracts with homeowners.
